This project was based on the award-winning Service Name campaign. Service Name empowered its audience with AI-driven creativity, allowing them to generate visuals. The most-liked creation was then produced as a real product. This campaign shifted Service Name from a simple retailer to a ""co-creation powerhouse,"" turning customers into viral content creators. It generated 1.7 million+ unique visuals and had massive organic reach with zero paid media, proving the strategic power of democratizing creative AI.
