A 50-person remote-first company needed consistent, professional headshots for their new website but struggled to coordinate a photographer. We deployed an AI headshot generation service. Employees uploaded 10-15 casual selfies, and we used a generator (similar to Secta AI or HeadshotPro) to create dozens of studio-quality, realistic headshots for each person in various styles (corporate, casual, LinkedIn). This process not only saved thousands in photography fees but also ensured a uniform aesthetic across the entire team, solving a difficult logistical problem for a distributed workforce.
