A travel company wanted to re-engage past customers. We used predictive analytics and generative AI to create a hyper-personalized email campaign.24 The AI analyzed customer behavior (past destinations, budget, travel style) and generated a unique email for each user. Instead of a generic ""10% off"" email, each user received a custom-generated 3-day itinerary for a destination that matched their profile, complete with AI-generated images. This data-driven approach dramatically increased engagement and conversions.
